The history of this restaurant begins in 1994: Gastón Acurio and Astrid Gutsche, newcomers from studying cuisine in Paris, founded the restaurant in a small house in Miraflores. Chef: Diego Ruiz De Somocurcio

Carnal Prime Steakhouse is a specialized American meats restaurant located in Lima; winner of the quality Choice Certified & USDA prime. It also has a Raw Bar, where visitors can try varieties of lobsters of the highest qualities; brought from different corners of the world exclusively for this restaurant. Chef Diego Ruiz de Somocurcio’s kitchen is divided into a hot Boiler Infrared preparation area for meats and a cold area where tiraditos, ceviches, and tartars are prepared among other dishes.
